- Get my bike on
45 minutes on the trainer. 167W average, 450 Kjs. Did 2x10min. I’m not losing much weight, but my pants are starting to fall off, so I’m getting leaner and building muscles…. errr or at least I guess that is what’s happeing. I’m down to 192lb.
- Bad day on the bike

- Feeling surprisingly good
And looking remarkably fat. 30 minutes on the trainer, which is 10 more than the first time. Warmed up easy, felt like I was pedaling nice. Did a Russian step: 5min @ 180W, 5min @ 190W and 5min @205W. Rode easy 5min. Finished with 5 more minutes at 215W or so. Did 318Kj for the [...]
