45 minutes on the trainer. 167W average, 450 Kjs. Did 2×10min.
I’m not losing much weight, but my pants are starting to fall off, so I’m getting leaner and building muscles…. errr or at least I guess that is what’s happeing. I’m down to 192lb. - Bad day on the bike

- Feeling surprisingly good
And looking remarkably fat. 30 minutes on the trainer, which is 10 more than the first time. Warmed up easy, felt like I was pedaling nice. Did a Russian step: 5min @ 180W, 5min @ 190W and 5min @205W. Rode easy 5min. Finished with 5 more minutes at 215W or so. Did 318Kj for the [...]
