Just back from a fantastic winter trail run with my dog. Now must start another roaring fire. #
A bit under-dressed today, I changed my weather widget to F talking to 'Mericans yesterday #cold #usapleasegometric #

@sportmeddoc for the next week I'm thinking of just drinking fresh juice + fruit/veggie smoothies. Good or bad idea? #
@sportmeddoc I want to get a bit of a cleanse. Not training, but run 30mins a day or so to try to keep fit #
