The secret to weight loss
Get sick. It’s the best way to lose weight. I’ve been sick for two weeks. When I get sick I do a few things:
- eat less
- stop drinking beer
- stop drinking coffee
- drink more juice and water
- mega dose on vit C
- eat a lot of soup, instead of solid food
When I’m done being sick I’ve usually lost 5-10lbs. This time I lost 7. So I’m now at a pretty comfortable weight of 184lbs. I’d still like to dump 14lbs or so.
On the flipside, I’ve totally fallen off the exercise wagon. I’ve done next to nuthin’ since the Tour of Missouri. I’m gonna start skiing soon and hitting the gym.
Winter has been fantastic here. Lots of snow. So if this freezing rain we are getting today – right now – doesn’t ruin the conditions the ski trails in chelsea should be awesome.
