30 min run in Comox

I ran 30 mins today in Comox. Yesterday I went skim boarding in Kye Bay. I can’t really remember the last time I exercised. Its been a while. Might have been the last time I went riding with the club?
Tonight I’m going to make some assless Prince pants with my niece. We’re going to get hopped up on sugar and wreak havoc on the rents.
Vancouver island is beautiful in the summer.
