Ran 30 mins with my dog
Title says it all. I felt like crap, probably walked half of it. It was 28C. Went in the trails. I saw snow, but didn’t walk/run through any. It’s not too muddy back there either.

Third day in a row
I rode to the end of Meach lake and back with Sheri. It was 34km. I took about 1.5hr. It was 26C in Chelsea today and I was a bit over dressed. Nice day, great ride. My bum is sore though.

I've been tracking some LinkedIn Groups lately. The marketing ones seem filled with post spam, mostly recruiters trying to fill opportunities. It's a bit frustrating. I still think there is a lot of potential value in LinkedIn, and the 10 ways to use LinkedIn post is still a goodie.
