The secret to weight loss
Get sick. It’s the best way to lose weight. I’ve been sick for two weeks. When I get sick I do a few things:

eat less
stop drinking beer
stop drinking coffee
drink more juice and water
mega dose on vit C
eat a lot of soup, instead of solid food

When I’m done being sick I’ve usually lost 5-10lbs. This time [...]
