Getting back at it
30 minute run in the woods today. After I don’t know how many days of complete inactivity. It felt really good to run again. Ran with Sheri, Dot and Rua.

Can’t I get my act together to at least get in a few mins of exercising a few times a week when I go on these trips with the bike club? Been on the road for nearly two weeks, haven’t done a thing since I got to la Beauce last Monday.
