Can’t I get my act together to at least get in a few mins of exercising a few times a week when I go on these trips with the bike club? Been on the road for nearly two weeks, haven’t done a thing since I got to la Beauce last Monday.

Well after stage two at Beauce I’ve manged to do absolutely no exercise. Put today’s 5h wait at the hospital with Christian down as the reason today. And I’m tired from all the driving.

I went out for another ride with the club today. But I had to turn around, the heat was killing me. It is 95F down here and super humid. I went back to host Tom’s house and drank a cold beer before I took off to the registration/accreditation and then the manager’s meeting.
