- Trail running
Okay, I’m back from a run. It was my first trail run of the year. Before I left for Georgia there was still a fair bit of snow here. Now its all gone. That was the coolest thing about my trip, seeing how much home changed in ten days.
- My worst fears
Well I’m back from that trip to Georgia and my worst fears came true. Before I left I was afraid that uprooting my routine and being dumped into the me lee of the pro bike race would hurl my routine right into the shitter. And that is exactly what happened.
