As the youngman would say - my lady friend. I did a hybrid loop of the Gatineau parc in 1:20 or so. I’ve ridden outside twice and my crotch is so tore up from saddle soreness I can barely sit down. I think I’m just gonna try to keep riding 4 times a week and butter up my bag with udder budder and hope I build up crotch callousness so I can ride normal.

I bumped into Eric Lyman today. I like Eric. And he was with this guy - I like laflammerouge.

Today I spent a bit of time working on pictures for bikingbros … and trying to keep the guys in Hood from blowing out. Spirits are mixed in the club, but I guess that’s normal the club is having a tough season and a good season all at once.
