Three days of nothing

In the last three days I’ve driven about 27 hrs. I’ve watched a lot of pretty intense exercising without actually doing any of my own. I hope that maybe tomorrow I can get motivated to get out and run or do some yoga. The problem is that we’ve had pretty early mornings, getting up and getting ready for the races at 5:30AM or 6AM. That leaves little time to actually exercise before the stages. And if you don’t do that, you kind of don’t get it done.

So three days, no activity.

On another note, things couldn’t have gone better for the club in stage one of the Tour de Beauce.
