First double day
Today I rode and ran. Started with a 35min trainer ride, similar to the others where I warmed up and then did two blocks at effort. A 15 min step: 5 min @ 180w then 5 min @ 190w then 5 min @ 205w. I rode easy 5 min and then did 10 min @ 190w. Then I got changed and went out and ran for 30min easy. I felt f*ked on my run. It was another amazing day here, 10C and sunny sunny.
Ride Data: 35min, 332kj, 178w avg.
