Feeling surprisingly good
And looking remarkably fat. 30 minutes on the trainer, which is 10 more than the first time. Warmed up easy, felt like I was pedaling nice. Did a Russian step: 5min @ 180W, 5min @ 190W and 5min @205W. Rode easy 5min. Finished with 5 more minutes at 215W or so. Did 318Kj for the ride, and averaged 175W for the session.
