From time to time I have trouble with my printer. A job won't print and gets stuck in the que. I figured out how to fix it:

• Go to Vista's control panel
• Click Administrative Tools.
• Double-click Services.
• Find the Print Spooler in the list.
• Right click and stop the Print Spooler.
• Right Click and restart the Print Spooler.

Try printing.
